• Oversee the acquisition, maintenance, and disposal of company vehicles • Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspections • Monitor vehicle performance and ensure that all vehicles are operating efficiently • Schedule regular maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime • Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field • Proven experience as a Fleet Manager or in a similar role • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and fleet management software • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and fleet management software • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Valid driver’s license; commercial driver’s license (CDL) may be preferred
