Description

•The Information Systems & Technology Department (IS&T) serves as a key partner within the broader operations function at ClimateWorks, managing and optimizing the organization's use of technology and information to support key business objectives. •The Business Analyst evaluates and facilitates projects related to the Climate Philanthropy Salesforce instance. •Facilitate ongoing collaboration between teams to conduct needs assessments for projects. •Document technical process workflows and maintain documentation for Salesforce and related systems.

Requirements

•Strong technology-related project management skills based on 5 years’ experience in a relevant role •Two or more years of experience with Salesforce in a relevant role •Two or more years of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau •Experience working on complex projects, preferably with a focus on data management, business systems analysis, business intelligence, and/or taxonomies. •Ability to navigate priorities across teams and connect related workstreams •Adept at conducting needs-analysis and evaluating business objectives and impact for effective and holistic prioritization of work •Experience with facilitating meetings, ensuring that clear decisions and action items are communicated, agreed upon, executed upon, and documented •Strong organizational skills •Ability to analyze complex data structures •Experience and comfort working in a deadline-driven professional environment •Excellent relationship management and collaboration skills •Adept at leading through change with the goal of improving organizational processes •Ability to work effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision, including working under pressure and managing shifting priorities •Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and equitable work environment
