Description

•We are looking for a detailed oriented Human Resources Generalist with some experience in HR including in hiring, interviewing staff, on and off boarding, •Administering pay, benefits, and leave, •Implementing a performance management system, employee engagement, training and enforcing company policies and practice to join our Core team. •As a member of our 100% remote workspace, an ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about CS&S mission, believes in the value of providing high quality services to the teams CS&S supports has a passion for HR and a desire to grow these skills at CS&S. •If you are interested in the position but not sure you meet all qualifications as described, we still encourage you to apply!

Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required. •At least two years of human resource management experience. •Prior experience working with international teams is a plus. •Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. •Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. •Proficient with Google Suite or related software. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. •Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
