Description
• Perform system checks on video surveillance and toll collection systems • Monitor video feeds for accidents and hazards • Oversee safety of officers providing roadside assistance • Maintain a 24-hour log of calls handled by CAS • Conduct hourly checks and report system failures • Record traffic accidents and prepare monthly reports • Perform required functions related to listed duties • Carry out Initial Image Reviews
Requirements
• Strong data entry skills • Ability to organize and write correspondence and memos logically • Strong language and writing skills • Excellent attendance and punctuality • Enjoy providing prompt and timely client service • Ability to read and comprehend normal instructions, correspondence, and memos • Clear written and verbal communication skills • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations • Ability to apply common sense to detailed instructions • Problem-solving in standardized situations • Excellent computer skills • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS • Ability to prepare reports and log incidents • Accurately relay details in stressful environments • Demonstrate cooperation and communication with coworkers • Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment
