Description
• Drive adoption of cutting-edge AI models and platform • Craft compelling narratives for technical and business audiences • Highlight transformative power of technology • Collaborate across teams to align messaging with Cohere's brand • Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive research • Develop and implement GTM plans for new AI products and services • Partner closely with the sales team to provide tools, training, and resources • Design and execute compelling content for demand generation campaigns • Identify and leverage impactful customer success stories • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing • Work closely with product management and sales teams
Requirements
• 15+ years of experience working in marketing or product management • 10+ years of experience in enterprise marketing in cloud or SaaS technology companies • In-depth understanding of machine learning, particularly generative models, and a strong understanding of cloud computing, large language models (LLMs), and AI products • Experience working in enterprise technology and operating in a global role or on a global scale is essential • Experience as a thought leader in the field of technical marketing • Proven ability to craft compelling value propositions and positioning strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders • A keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to collaborate with design to create visually appealing assets • Track record of successful collaboration with cross-functional teams • Proven people leadership experience and experience building & leading an enterprise grade marketing team • MBA or Master's degree in computer science or engineering is a strong plus
