• Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related needs • Collaborate with partner teams across People to ensure smooth delivery of HR services • Understand and interpret company policies and procedures to answer employee questions • Execute HRIS tasks and transactions for data integrity and compliance • Maintain and update employee policies and data • Assist with administration of employment verifications and personnel files • Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• 1-3 years of experience in Administration or Human Resources; Bachelor's Degree preferred • Tech savvy with the ability to easily learn and use new software (G-Suite, HRIS) • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented with a core focus on ensuring data integrity and accuracy • Adaptable to the changing needs of a fast moving, high growth organization • Self-starter, proactive and a team player where no task is too small for you • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information with discretion
