• Helping compliance teams adopt and use the product to secure their organizations • Actively selling to new accounts - prospecting, pitching, negotiating contracts, and closing deals • First point of contact for new prospects to learn about COMPLY's portfolio of products • Driving new revenue opportunities for the business • Building strong relationships with future clients
• 5+ years in full cycle SaaS/B2B sales roles, with experience selling software solutions to large enterprise and Fortune 500 companies • Track record of long-term success having consistently exceeded six-figure quarterly and annual sales targets • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures, long sales cycles, and multiple decision-makers • Assertive hunter mentality adept in identifying and winning new business • Strong intellectual curiosity to uncover why buyers buy and how to leverage that information • Exceptional executive presence, with a high degree of comfort presenting to and challenging C-suite executives • Proficient with a standard SaaS sellers tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Sales Navigator, etc.)
