• Serve as the technical point of contact for Coperniq's prospective and current customers, guiding them on best practices for integrating and leveraging our platform. • Work closely with the sales and engineering teams to design solutions tailored to customer needs, especially when it comes to integrating with other tools and systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to integrations and configurations of the Coperniq platform. • Act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, ensuring that feedback and insights are seamlessly integrated into product development and improvement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or software engineering role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. • Experience with modern integration tools, platforms, and cloud services • Strong understanding of software integrations, API implementations, systems architecture, and technical documentation • Familiarity with solar or any other blue-collar industry practices and challenges is a big plus. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a user-friendly manner. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to ensure customer success with Coperniq. • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment and managing multiple stakeholders and priorities.
