• Create and develop scientific content supporting the Endocrinology Medical Affairs department. • Manage and prioritize workload for timely and high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to inform, educate, and influence various individuals/audiences. • Must be proficient in MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel); experienced with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. • Able to synthesize and clearly communicate information to multiple stakeholders with diverse needs in a timely fashion. • Intellectually curious and consistently addresses gaps in the knowledge of self and internal/external stakeholders. • Flexible, initiative-taking, resourceful, and able to work independently to manage priorities and achieve results in dynamic and ambiguous environments. • Experienced collaborator who works well with cross-functional leaders and associates to resolve conflicts and achieve common “Team” objectives
