Description

• Collaborate with Product Design, UX Research, Engineering, Data Science, and Marketing teams to launch products and enhancements for Quicken Loans that achieve product/market fit and ensure successful outcomes for consumers and the business. • Manage product lifecycle from concept to market, including discovery and research, requirements definition, design, development, launch, and go-to-market. • Lead tactical execution as the product owner for a cross-functional agile team to ensure successful development and launch, including roadmap prioritization, resource planning and allocation, and delivery timeline. • Engage consumers and stakeholders directly to gather insights and feedback, ensuring our products meet market needs and exceed consumer expectations. • Drive product innovation including the vision and strategy for AI and ML implementation to improve the utility and user experience of our product portfolio and ecosystem. • Be data-inspired and outcome-driven, establishing and achieving desired success metrics and OKRs for acquisition, quality, sentiment, engagement, retention, and monetization. • Create meaningful product solutions that improve lives, and bring inspiring and creative ideas into an energetic and collaborative team that is nimble and moves fast to get value into consumers’ hands.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Product Management experience launching and scaling digital products from concept to market for a direct-to-consumer (D2C) business or at a consumer-centric company. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. • Strong understanding of the financial services landscape and regulatory environment. • Experience bringing AI/ML-powered digital products to life to solve complex customer problems and create the best possible experiences for consumers. • Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for the FinTech space. • Strong communication, storytelling, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to clearly articulate ideas, vision, strategy, and roadmap. • Exceptional collaboration skills, with demonstrated ability to partner effectively with Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing and other cross-functional teams and leaders. • Experience working with agile development methodologies.
