Description
• Manage long-term partnerships with key customers • Pursue new opportunities for CPM’s extrusion replacement spare parts and CX Extrusion services • Deliver excellent customer service to maximize sales and profitability • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to support company growth • Actively participate in company sales meetings • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, expense reports, budgets, and projections
Requirements
• Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities • Strong understanding of industry theories and practices, particularly in chemistry and engineering • Minimum of 3 years of Industrial Sales Experience, preferably in the aftermarket segment • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint, and SharePoint • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs • Bilingual skills in Spanish, Mandarin, or German are a plus
