Description
• Crisis Text Line's mission is to promote mental well-being for people wherever they are. • We aim to make crisis support available to a global audience. • Our technology powers our US operations, as well as those of our international partners. • We need an exceptional Product Manager who can own a substantial part of our Product ecosystem that will drive our next generation AI-enabled global enterprise SaaS platform. • As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of human-delivered, technology-enabled crisis support.
Requirements
• 6+ years of project management • Experience with account management, operations, or other related experience • Government contract experience preferred • Deep project management skills and experience • Proficiency in Google Suite (GMail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Calendar), Salesforce, Excel
