• Ensure flawless product quality through leading QA team and executing QA strategy. • Enhance QA processes and metrics for effective reporting.
Requirements
• Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale QA teams. • Proven experience in developing and maintaining diverse test frameworks, such as end-to-end, integration, performance, and longevity testing. • Strong collaboration with R&D teams to develop and implement efficient QA processes. • Proficient in reporting key QA and product reliability metrics. • Skilled in automated testing techniques. • Technical background as an SDET is advantageous. • In-depth knowledge of modern CI/CD methodologies and tools. • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to the highest product quality standards. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. • Enthusiasm for working with a dynamic team. • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
