• Foster strong relationships with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner that align with CrossFit’s values and mission. • Encourage and curate user-generated content to build a loyal and engaged community. • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback through social media channels. • Analyze and report on performance data to optimize influencer and social media channels on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights). • Passion for fitness and a genuine interest in the CrossFit community and industry. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
