Requirements

• Hired and supported team of 15+ engineers and managers • 6+ years experience supporting and growing high performance teams • Expertise in large scale data labeling, auto labeling or related machine learning spaces. • Expertise in building and maintaining ML pipelines at scale • Startup mentality - openness to dealing with unknown unknowns, wearing many hats, and making effective prioritization decisions • Passionate about self-driving technology and its potential impact on the world • Strategic, collaborative and execution-focused
