• Establish and lead the Project Management function for Operations. • Mentor an established team of high performing Project Leads • Provide Program/Project Management to coordinate and align Commercial and Service Operations to execute and deliver Culture Customers’ a world class service experience • Provide Program/Project Management for support for both internal and external Customers that include: New Product Development and Deployment of Service offerings, bioprocessing hardware and software solutions. • Communicate with Team members, senior management, external partners, and customers to understand problems, receive feedback and galvanize action to effectively implement solutions. • Collaborate to define the scope of new technical programs and create detailed project plans. • Manage the execution of technical programs, including monitoring progress, identifying and resolving issues, and ensuring that deliverables are completed on-time and within budget. • Identify and manage program and project risks, including developing contingency plans when necessary. • Perform data analysis as needed to support your projects. • Continuously improve the project management process to identify ways that streamline workflows, increase efficiency and deliver high customer satisfaction.
• 8+ years of professional experience (10+ for Director) in Product, Project or Program Management • Experience working in Life Sciences is required; highly preferred within a service or contract development or manufacturing organization. • Experience in Robotics, Aeronautics, Automotive or Consumer Electronics acting as a change agent desirable. • Experience in multi-disciplinary Customer-facing Project Management within bioprocessing and/or lab automation is valuable. • 4+ years of successful experience direct team management • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences. An advanced degree (M.S. or Ph.D.) is preferred. • Project Management professional certification, or equivalent. • Proven ability to develop program strategy, project goals and estimate deliverable timelines. • Highly organized and structured thinker. • Must be a clear and adaptable communicator of engineering and bioprocessing concepts, project status and technical risk to stakeholders and Teams. • Creative problem solver and skilled negotiator with expert ability to drive consensus on actions and decision making.
