Description

• Help grow the bottom line by testing, training, and troubleshooting the system for customers • Is passionate about ensuring project deliverables are completed on time • Can confidently provide effective support to customers for their product • Has proven success building strong relationships through interaction with clients and colleagues • Understands the importance of generating interest in additional products and services for customers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Business, MIS, IS, Education or related) or equivalent experience required • 5+ years consulting, business application training, or customer support in Epicor or similar systems required • General knowledge of manufacturing, operations and supply chain business processes and practices • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience in Aerospace and Defense Industry preferred • Ability to travel 40-60% • Capable of successfully training and supporting clients in services and products • Strengths in modeling and maintaining deliverables and best practices • Promoter of innovation, adaptability, and positive outcomes • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and rapidly adapt to changes in the market and technology • Collaborative and able to communicate and influence across multiple departments • Proactive attitude able to motivate others • A goal-oriented team player who is reliable, dependable, and self-motivated to meet and surpass deadlines • Advocate for process improvement and project management efficiencies • Eager to continue personal and team development • A sense of pride and ownership in your work and contributions
