• Define processes, workflows, and best practices to drive efficiency and scalability • Evaluate internal tools and systems for optimization • Audit processes and materials, provide feedback to GTM leadership • Create comprehensive documentation for all Go-To-Market processes • Develop reporting goals and metrics for sales performance and growth • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth strategies • Optimize lead generation and conversion processes • Analyze data and trends for continuous improvement • Provide training and support on growth operations processes
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field • Certification in Project Planning • Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, business intelligence tools • Proven experience in growth operations or sales operations • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
