Description

• Assist in the design, creation, delivery, and maintenance of sales enablement resources and initiatives. • Own the coordination and execution of the new hire onboarding program. • Drive improved adoption of Cyara’s sales processes, methodologies, and sales technologies (e.g., Salesforce, Gong, etc.). • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, Legal, Product, and the Customer Experience teams to ensure alignment related to enablement initiatives. • Stay up to date with industry trends, the competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and enablement content. • Constantly gather feedback, assess, and optimize our enablement efforts to improve sales performance. • Establish and regularly measure key performance indicators to assess the efficacy and value of enablement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related role developing and delivering effective sales enablement initiatives. • Baseline knowledge and experience in sales enablement processes and best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to analyze data and use metrics to drive decisions and improvements. • Superior organizational, time management and project management skills. • Thinks like an owner and has a “builder mentality” with a sense of accountability for each project’s outcomes. • Comfortable learning and working with new tools, technologies, and products; able to quickly grasp, simplify, and communicate technical content. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Comfortable in a fast-paced dynamic structure with a strong desire to grow along with the company. • A collaborative teammate who enjoys working with others and developing strong partnerships to achieve the best outcome. • Naturally curious; never afraid to ask questions or push the status quo. • Ability to travel to Sales Kick Off, Quarterly Business Planning, and other company/team events.
