• Handle inbound inquiries via SMS, email, toll-free calls, and support tickets with professionalism and efficiency. • Conduct strategic outbound (cold) calls and sales activities to identify and engage new real estate agents. • Schedule and coordinate meetings for account executives, ensuring a smooth handoff. • Manage user cancellations or rescheduling requests, taking initiative to secure new meeting times. • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities in Revive's CRM system. • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound strategies with ongoing campaigns. • Participate in sales training and strategy sessions to improve performance and meet sales targets.
• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or a similar role. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and persuade. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Familiarity with Hubspot CRM systems and proficiency in managing sales pipelines. • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and a drive to achieve targets. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
