Description

• Drive sales and profitability by acquiring new clients • Identify market opportunities and engage prospects • Craft proposals and manage contracts • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and fulfill their needs • Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and prospects

Requirements

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Strong computer proficiency and multi-tasking abilities • Independent worker with initiative and team accountability • Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail • Proven ability to create, build, and maintain client relationships and rapport • Strong work ethic and ability to execute critical tasks effectively • Proficient in database management • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience • Two (2) to four (4) years of sales experience • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce • Familiarity with Solutions Selling
