• Oversee the technical implementation, integration, and maintenance of Outreach, Gong, and other sales enablement tools • Ensure seamless data flow between these tools and Salesforce, including proper syncing and data integrity • Collaborate with IT and Sales Operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to tool integrations • Ensure accurate and timely data capture from sales enablement tools • Work closely with analysts to extract and analyze data, generating insights on tool usage and seller performance • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and KPIs related to tool adoption and effectiveness • Identify opportunities to optimize the use of sales enablement tools to enhance seller productivity and effectiveness • Provide training and support to sales teams on best practices for using Outreach, Gong, and other tools • Stay updated with the latest features and updates of the tools, implementing enhancements as necessary • Partner with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT to align tool usage with business objectives • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on tool performance, integration status, and data insights
• 3+ years of experience in managing sales enablement tools such as Outreach and Gong • Deep technical skills, including experience with Salesforce integration and data management • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, Power BI) • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Clear communication and collaboration skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience in either marketing technology and/or working in a SaaS environment • Certifications in Outreach, Gong, and Salesforce Administration or related technical applications • Familiarity with additional sales tools and platforms
