Description

• Lead day-to-day client communication and manage digital performance accounts • Develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with client goals • Oversee SEO and paid media campaign planning, execution, and optimization • Guide clients through reporting and results conversations, providing actionable insights • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on strategy and deliverables • Possess understanding of clients’ industry, goals, personal needs, and key marketing or business challenges • Liaise between client and internal team members, ensuring all deliverables are approached with collective alignment on client objectives • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables to ensure on-time delivery • Serve as a subject matter expert in digital performance during client meetings • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to advise clients • Acts as the first round of quality control and assurance to ensure all deliverables are client-ready

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing account management, preferably in an agency (or multi-brand in-house) setting • Proven track record in managing SEO, PPC, and social media campaigns, with preferred hands-on experience with platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMRush, and Google Search Console • Strong client-facing communication skills with the proven ability to build and maintain relationships • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • High attention to detail, organization skills, and the ability to provide strategic recommendations • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions • Exceptional internal communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to travel 10% - 15%; relationship-building with partners is critical to position success • Demonstrates abilities of top talent—must be proactive and thrive in environments where you are creating new opportunities where none currently exist • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously when needed • Comfortable meeting with clients & presenting a cohesive strategy
