• Privacy Governance and Technology Transactions Attorney in Digital Assets and Data Management group • Counsel clients on privacy compliance and risk reduction • Work on privacy compliance matters focusing on U.S. state privacy laws • Opportunity to draft privacy notices and support DPA reviews and negotiations
Requirements
• Law firm or in-house experience providing proactive privacy compliance advice on CCPA and other state privacy laws • GDPR and HIPAA experience is preferred • AM Law 100 experience • Strong academic record, earning a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school • Must be admitted to practice law in CA • Exceptional project management skills • Superior attention to detail • Excellent and persuasive writing and oral communication skills • Exceptional analytical skills
