Requirements
• Proven experience in recruiting sales professionals, particularly in consumer digital media and ad sales. • Extensive knowledge of the Go-To-Market talent landscape within consumer digital media and ad sales. • Strong understanding and passion for the gaming industry. • Proven ability to identify, source and close top sales talent. • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing recruiting strategies. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders. • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
