Description

• Add Customer Success Manager to the team • Learn about the application from a company and end-user point of view • Manage clients and projects • Avoid overdevelopment • Ensure clients are using the system properly • Fostering a trusted relationship with key clients • Collaborate to create joint success plans • Oversee post-sales activities • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the product • Proactively interact with clients • Identify, intervene, escalate, and mitigate risks • Serve as the Voice of the Customer

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management • Ability to establish yourself as a trusted advisor • Experience in utilizing success plans • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence end-user scenarios • Experience in agile methodologies, project management, DevOps, automation, or IT service management • Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships internally • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic • Excellent time management skills • Impeccable English communication • Knowledge of Project Management Tools
