• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for Moonshot Studios team • Develop comprehensive brand and marketing strategies • Manage and oversee go-to-market campaign activities • Provide clear, detailed briefs to internal teams and external partners • Create, proofread, and edit marketing copy • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all marketing materials • Manage internal resources and external agencies/vendors • Collaborate with first-party partners to maximize marketing opportunities • Merchandise digital storefronts to drive sales and enhance player acquisition • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor strategies
• Minimum 5 years relevant brand marketing or campaign development experience • Experience in product management, product strategy, or related disciplines in gaming • A depth of experience in campaign planning, strategy crafting, and in creative execution • Experience driving both results and improving brand resonance with target audiences • Knowledge of cultural trends and the fast-moving global games landscape • Demonstrated success working in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to launched programs/products to a global player community
