• Design engaging and on-brand visual content for various marketing channels, including social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials • Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to understand the creative vision and marketing objectives of our games • Create and iterate on key art, logos, typography, and other visual assets to support marketing campaigns • Develop high-quality visuals for game trailers, video ads, and other multimedia content • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials • Create templates or new designs that stay on brand for marketing assets • Stay current with industry trends and creative technologies to continuously improve the quality of visual content • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards
• Proven experience as a Visual Designer or similar role in the gaming industry or related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work • Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and composition • Ability to create compelling visual content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with brand guidelines • Familiarity with light motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects) is a plus • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to do light illustrations: key art composition, storyboards, etc • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
