🔄 Hybrid – Los Angeles
• Administration of accounts receivable and accounts payable • Process bills and post transactions accurately and timely • Maintain T&E (Travel and Expense) software, ensuring compliance and accuracy • Perform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, and general ledger accounts • Assist in the month-end closing procedures • Develop relationships and collaboration with other departments • Prepare and post journal entries • Assist with the preparation of financial statements • Ad Hoc Reporting and analysis as required by management • Support internal and external audit requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar related field • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) • 1-3 years of experience in accounting or similar related role • Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite experience is a plus) • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently (self-starter), and as part of a team • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, and comfortable with Microsoft Excel • CMA or CPA certification preferred
