Description
• Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders as part of a cross-functional development team to deliver high quality experiences for users • Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications • Execute design deliverables with the highest level of craft and meticulous attention to detail • Collaborate with our UX research team and conduct evaluative UX research with users • Understand the voice of the customer and leverage research to make well-informed product decisions • Use the dscout design system and leverage existing patterns in your designs • Adhere to dscout’s design principles
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience designing user experiences, preferably for B2B SaaS products • You have a strong understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and user centered design methodologies • You have experience with user research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing • You have advanced proficiency in Figma, including prototyping • Your portfolio demonstrates exceptional craft and execution. You sweat the details and relentlessly strive toward simplicity. • You have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance user needs with business objectives • You have a foundational understanding of the technologies that power your ideas
