• Own and drive customer support operations for Earnin benchmark team • Manage, engage, and motivate benchmark team • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams • Design and manage customer support workflows • Partner with Product and IT teams for benchmark care tool improvements • Analyze data to identify opportunities for product and service quality improvements • Hire and train backfills for the benchmark team • Keep benchmark team methodology aligned to vision
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 3+ years experience managing CS operations in FinTech/Financial Services • Proven experience in leadership, problem solving, and analytical skills • Outstanding interpersonal skills and empathy for customers • Highly organized and comfortable leading cross-functional projects • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to lead with a sense of urgency and hands-on execution
