Description

• Work with Product Manager, UX, and team to break down business requirements and features into actionable work items. • Design and implement new features and solutions that support customer use cases. • Write comprehensive and meaningful unit and integration tests for all new code. • Meet sprint goals by proactively working with stakeholders and team to identify and resolve sprint blockers. • Collaborate with QA to create test cases and define applicable test automation. • Mentor team members on new technologies, architecture, and best practices. • Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps in technology, process, sprint flow, and offering solutions for them.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional web tech and server-side development experience • Expertise in modern server-side technologies such as RESTful services, microservices, multi-threading, concurrency, horizontal scaling, security, native AWS cloud, etc. • Strong understanding of server-side unit and API test frameworks (nUnit, xUnit, moq, Swagger) including test driven development • Experience with object relational mapping tools such as Entity Framework or Dapper • Solid understanding of relational databases and how to write optimal queries • Strong experience with Agile development processes and continuous improvement • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • BS in Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent training
