• Provide support to practice groups within the firm • Manage end-to-end employee success process from onboarding to offboarding • Oversee firm-wide HR communications
Requirements
• 5+ years of progressive HR partnership experience. • Well-rounded generalist background in team member relations and engagement, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations. • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and resolve problems. • Care for supporting a diverse group of people at all levels. • Team player with strong ethics and discretion while handling sensitive information. • Strong communicator able to drive organizational change through partnership. • Ability to analyze and interpret HR data to drive decisions. • Track record of influencing and facilitating strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
