• Oversee and manage the refurbishment program for returned units • Track and report weekly metrics, including the number of units received, processed, and ready for shipment • Collaborate with third-party refurbishment providers to ensure quality, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness of operations. For example, identify opportunities to optimize unit processing throughput (UPH) and minimize costs per unit • Ensure all returned units undergo appropriate testing, cleaning, and repackaging processes. • Manage the repair process for damaged units, ensuring efficient handling and troubleshooting • Monitor and analyze refurbishment costs, finding ways to reduce expenses while increasing productivity • Provide detailed reports to upper management on program performance, cost control, and improvement strategies
• Experience in cost optimization and process improvement is highly preferred • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write detailed progress reports and collaborate with third-party vendors • Strong mechanical testing skills with an understanding of system-level testing and debugging • Proven experience in program management, preferably in a mechanical or systems-oriented environment • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, program management, or a related field
