Description

• Serve as the Technical Program and Product Manager for Motion Planning • Collaborate closely with software and hardware teams on technical matters • Understand trends in performance and coordinate to resolve deficiencies • Understand the operating design domain of the Aurora Driver • Lead verification and validation testing ensuring progress is captured • Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks, and communicate status • Manage complex projects spanning many functional teams • Remove obstacles to drive momentum and progress

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Technical Program Manager, Product Manager, or Engineering Manager • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Data Science, Information Systems or a related area • A strong familiarity with machine learning models, robotics or computer vision systems • Direct, measurable impact through the design, development and launch of groundbreaking products • Solid technical aptitude and an ability to understand technical designs • Strong experience in project management; practical familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies • Passion for shipping new to market products
