• Senior Director targeting Major Accounts • Responsibilities include championing value and driving business to meet revenue goals • Engage with customer stakeholders, showcase platform value, and expand market leader position • Conduct market research and evaluate customer needs • Travel for on-site meetings, dinners, and conferences • Develop strategic account and opportunity plans to drive revenue • Manage sales cycle from initial meeting to contract negotiation • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve optimum results • Work with Customer Success and support marketing team • Contribute to a startup impacting well-being and mental health
Requirements
• 10+ years proven success selling B2B SaaS technology to enterprise accounts • Experience selling Healthcare Technology • Start-up experience • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Thorough understanding of prospecting, selling, and negotiating techniques • Team player who can work in a fast-paced environment
