Description
• Partnering with co-founders and GTM leadership to build out the commercial function • Guiding candidates through the hiring process from sourcing to close • Leading core commercial functions including Sales, Growth/Marketing, and Customer Success
Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience at an executive search • Focused on finding top-talent • Self-starter and interested in building a hyper growth business • Target-driven, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of urgency • Ability to immediately think of suitable candidates upon hearing a role and criteria • Enjoys connecting others
