Description
• Craft and evolve product positioning and messaging from product packaging, sales presentation to online content telling a compelling, consistent story. • Execute the Go-To-Market process for new product and feature releases • Partner with product, sales and marketing colleagues to develop relevant collaterals to support all types of product selling processes. • Act as a product advisor in internal and external product communications including training, sales pitch, industry shows, media conference, influencer collaboration. • Be a key contributor to cross-functional product experience and GTM activities • Coordinate internal and external partners to ensure quality, on-budget, on-time delivery of campaigns and assets across channels. • Keep a pulse on the industry landscape. Monitor market trends and competitor shifts to make us stay competitive.
Requirements
• Craft and evolve product positioning and messaging from product packaging, sales presentation to online content telling a compelling, consistent story. • Execute the Go-To-Market process for new product and feature releases • Bachelor’s degree• 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources • 1-3 years minimum in a Supervisory/Management role within Human Resources • HRIS system experience • Experience with Professional Development Plans
