Description

• Build, maintain, and manage client relationships. • Understand the client needs and build trust. • Set up goals and objectives for the team. • Serve as the escalation point of contact. • Provide thought leadership on strategic planning initiatives. • Provide oversight on study delivery. • Identify industry shifts and business trends. • Demonstrate financial awareness. • Inform management and business development on account strategy. • Participate with cross-functional teams to manage and train staff. • Develop action plans based on employee engagement surveys. • Coordinate and run regular client operational management meetings. • Work effectively with the Business Development team. • Create an environment conducive to long-term growth. • Present account health and initiatives quarterly. • Retain and grow existing client base. • Manage workload and capacity planning. • Coach, mentor, and support team members. • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for strategic clients. • Create a team culture consistent with the organization’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• 5-7 years’ experience in a software Project Management role, with a proven ability to understand technical concepts and learn quickly. • Prior experience delivering voice (IVR) web (IWR) and mobile (IMR) platforms is highly preferred. • Proven leadership ability, especially in a regulated industry, is a huge plus. • Ability to manage a budget. • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is preferred.
