• Responsible for overseeing human resources, labor relations, and performance management • Manage employee and labor relations, conduct investigations, resolve conflicts • Maintain employee handbook and provide policy training • Manage the annual evaluation process
• Five or more years of relevant experience • SHRM-CP certification or willingness to obtain • Strong knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations • Ability to provide effective customer service
