Description

As a product manager and leader in telemetry and product performance measurement, responsible for building, managing, and overseeing software telemetry across the SaaS, PaaS, and customer-hosted products in the ArcGIS system. Collaborate with product managers, developers, designers, and marketers to provide critical information for product management decisions. Develop Esri's Telemetry product as a PaaS offering for Esri Developers to employ in solutions they build for end users.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in software product management or product engineering • Experience with gathering telemetry data for software product development • Technical expertise in software architectures including PaaS, customer-hosted, and SaaS • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work well with remote management and staff • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or relevant field • Master's degree (recommended) • Experience with telemetric components in software, SaaS, or PaaS (recommended) • Experience and certifications with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework (recommended)
