Description
•Legal Operations Associates ensure demand letters are accurate, effective, and high quality •Work with proprietary software to review medical documentation and draft demand letters •Meet weekly quotas with opportunities for performance-based bonuses
Requirements
•Experience in the legal, insurance or medical fields with an emphasis on writing •Strong persuasive writing skills and attention to detail •Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, and collaborate with reviewers and various teams across the company •Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with the ability to swiftly pick up new processes and software •Knowledge of personal injury law, medical summaries, or copywriting/editing experience is a plus
