• Develop, manage, and expand relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth. • Implement channel sales strategies to achieve business objectives. • Train and educate partners on products, services, and value proposition. • Stay informed about industry trends and market opportunities. • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. • Prepare and present reports on channel sales performance and forecasts to senior management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence partners. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
