Description
• Provide legal guidance and support across various business functions. • Draft, negotiate, and advise global business teams on various commercial agreements with complex technical, security, and privacy provisions. • Ensure favorable terms for customers while protecting the company’s interests in Customer-Sale Agreements. • Collaborate with technology partners to create mutually beneficial Third-Party Technology Partner Agreements. • Facilitate distribution channels and manage resale relationships through Resale and Distribution Agreements. • Provide legal advice and ensure agreements align with internal corporate policies and processes. • Collaborate with Legal team members, including attorneys and contract managers, and outside attorneys. • Collaborate with Procurement to address the transition of supplier agreements. • Work with Sales Operations to integrate sales processes into deal desks and contract management systems. • Drive legal process development, including enhancements to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems. • Continuously improve standard form agreements and legal processes. • Develop and refine team processes and frameworks to ensure operational excellence.
