Description
• Guide scalable, reliable, and secure building of the Everlaw platform. • Work closely with teams to synthesize requirements and prioritize efforts. • Lead roadmapping, resourcing, and execution for critical Everlaw platform projects. • Support and coach engineers in their career development and growth. • Improve processes to help with goal setting, empowerment, and execution across Everlaw Engineering efforts.
Requirements
• Sound understanding of a wide range of computer science topics and concerns relating to system and software design. • Experience as an engineer building applications and/or distributed systems autonomously. • Expertise and experience with cloud infrastructure and/or full stack web technologies. • Experience working with stakeholder teams (internal and/or external) communicating and collaborating on topics related to product and/or infrastructure. • At least 5 years as a Software engineer. • At least 1 year experience leading software engineers - either as a manager managing engineers or as a technical lead managing the technical workstreams of software engineers. • BS/MS or PhD in Computer Science (or equivalent). • Authorized to work in the United States.
