• Ideate, execute, and optimize lifecycle journeys to drive engagement and conversion • Collaborate with Design, Analytics, and Operations on data-driven email campaigns • Utilize customer data for effective marketing strategies • Analyze campaign trends and provide actionable insights • Tailor strategies for international markets • Work with data science for segmentation and personalization • Oversee technical execution of campaigns and leverage new marketing technologies
Requirements
• 4+ years of direct experience managing lifecycle campaigns focused on optimization • Analytical with a structured approach to problem solving • Experience with marketing automation tools (Braze, Mailchimp, or similar) • AB testing knowledge and experience • Experience working cross-functionally for new insights and testing ideas • Strong organization skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment
