• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 4+ years of experience in product at a high-growth tech startup or as a startup founder. • Experience building successful products through design, engineering, product analytics, and data science. • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills with Product and GTM teams. • Customer-obsessed with a strong owner’s mindset. • Operate like a General Manager with accountability for GTM outcomes. • Fast learner with curiosity and intellectual horsepower. • Familiarity with ML as a tool for predicting customer lifetime value. • Relentlessly resourceful in driving tasks to completion. • Creative problem-solver with strong advocacy for user experience. • Passionate with a positive energy that influences others.
