Description
• Representing Fair Trade Real Estate (FTRE) by purchasing distressed properties for our holding company • Running comparables within the area and on properties to ensure a solid ROI for the company and our investors • Negotiating and contracting SFR, Condo/Townhomes, 2-4 unit properties, and infill development deals • Providing consistent inventory for our in-house sales team • Staying up to date with best practices, real estate requirements, and trends
Requirements
• Active California Real Estate License • 3 years of real estate experience working in the investment real estate industry • Full-time commitment to discuss, view, negotiate, and offer on properties • Ability to communicate professionally, work in a team environment, and pay attention to detail • Willingness to adopt the company's Core Values and live them every day
