Description

• Support our go-to-market leadership in driving cross-functional productivity and efficiency • Lead the Revenue Operations team in developing our systems including CRM and marketing automation • Integrate Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Finance teams to achieve critical business goals

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in revenue operations or business operations • 5+ years of experience with Hubspot and/or Salesforce • Financial technology, software, and B2B experience preferred • Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically • Strong written and verbal communication – we value the clear articulation of complex ideas • Excellent attention to detail, follow through, and a sense of urgency • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and prioritize appropriately
