• Our Revenue Operations team plays a crucial role in supporting our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive revenue growth and maintain operational excellence. • The role of your team is to partner with all four functions to accelerate revenue growth through operational alignment and strength. • Support goal-setting for GTM leadership, helping to determine the inputs and outputs needed for our next phases of growth. • Drive a vision for our GTM technology architecture, including design, data integrity, and integrations.
• Previous people management experience in a Revenue Operations role for an enterprise SaaS business. • 8+ years relevant experience. Sales operations experience is a must. • Experience managing multiple stakeholders, strong communication skills, and demonstrated track record driving complex projects to completion. • BA/BS required. • Experience managing, developing and coaching as a front line leader in previous role[s].
